curiosity is my superpower.
Relationship is the bridge between curiosity & compassion.
I teach practices that help healing become possible through relationship to ourselves & others.

to heal = to make whole

Curiosity opens the door because it’s friendly.
It doesn’t barge in. It doesn’t demand answers.
It just says, Oh, hello—there you are.

Curiosity is what happens when we stop trying to manage ourselves so tightly
and allow a little wonder to enter the room.

When we become interested instead of alarmed.
When we decide to look at what’s showing up in us
with the same openness we might offer a stranger with a good story.

Curiosity has a way of uncovering the forgotten rooms—
the ideas, longings, instincts, and parts that didn’t disappear,

they just went quiet while we were busy surviving.

And then compassion does something even braver.
Compassion invites whatever curiosity has discovered
to sit down and stay awhile.

Compassion says, You don’t have to justify yourself here.
It says, You don’t have to be useful or impressive or healed yet.
It understands that nothing truly integrates until it feels safe enough to remain.

Together, curiosity and compassion make a kind of homecoming possible.
Not the dramatic kind with trumpets and transformation,
but the gentle kind—where we recognize ourselves again

and realize we were never broken, just temporarily out of conversation

with parts of our own wholeness.

And that, quietly, patiently,
is often how healing happens.
